They will employ an AGS manager role and recruit a small team of AGS volunteers to implement a triage approach in the food bank reception. Volunteers will assess clients to decide whether they need additional support through the AGS service. Clients with less complex support needs will then be supported by the AGS volunteers, whilst clients with more complex needs will receive specialist support from the AGS Manager.
