This project will support children and young people with congenital heart conditions who receive treatment at the Evelina Children's Hospital and their families and carers. It offers peer to peer opportunities and will look to offer in person support following virtual support in lockdown. It will offer an overnight trip for 25 families and volunteers which will with wellness and listening opportunities and develop a fun/engaging programme of events.
