We are a Christian run homeless charity, aiming to eradicate rough sleeping in Bradford. Austerity and council budget cuts have halved the number of bed spaces for the homeless since 2010. Hostels have closed and services have merged and reduced capacity. Homelessness and rough sleeping has continued to rise. In this project we will support the clients in their homes and increase the number of bed spaces, through taking on more properties and expanding our hosting scheme. We will provide 5 hosting scheme placements and support 30 people in supported accommodation where we will help them to overcome life issues and maintain their accommodation. We will create a total of 12 new units of accommodation.
