CARERS TRUST CROSSROADS WEST WALES 

A specialist carers' organisation providing support to care in their own home. We work across all ages and disabilities providing care from childhood into adult care. The service can be regular or occasional and is provided by trained carer support workers who will continue the caring role while carers have a break.
