TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN METHODS OF SUCH MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION AND IN PARTICULAR THE NATURE AND CAUSES OF SUCH DISPUTE AND MEANS OF MANAGING IT.
