£7,581	01/01/2019	As a result of this project: 20 women (50 beneficiaries) will report feeling less isolated from their peers and more engaged within their local community, resulting in improved physical and emotional ....more As a result of this project: 20 women (50 beneficiaries) will report feeling less isolated from their peers and more engaged within their local community, resulting in improved physical and emotional health/well-being. - Increase in confidence & Improvement in their emotional health & well-being - Women will be supported through group activities to befriend each other, share special occasions & plan activities outside of group which in turn will increase their social networks & access to other services within their local community (evidencing Impact 1, 2 & 3) 20 women (50 beneficiaries) will report increased confidence and self esteem, with improved resilience and ability to cope with problems, improving parent and child relationship - Increase independence & building new skills - Women will have an opportunity to participate in workshops to develop & gain new skills, these will include Money management (budgeting & sensible shopping), Leading a Healthier Lifestyle, (cooking healthy meals, mindfulness techniques, relaxation, increase in exercise & making healthy choices). Newly acquired skills & increased Independence will result in improved health & emotional well-being & an improvement in their life chances (evidencing Impact 1, 2 & 3) 10 new volunteers will report increased life and or employment skills through practical experience, training & accreditation, enabling them to become more confident, active citizens (evidencing Impact 1)
