This new project for Eastbourne-based Dyscover aims to develop a more flexible and responsive post-hospital treatment for stroke survivors and other aphasic people in London and the South East, while improving their social participation. The NHS delivers acute care to aphasic people with brain injuries and stroke sufferers but can only offer a small amount of speech rehabilitation. Dyscover delivers post-hospital care including a tailored programme of around 160 speech and language therapy sessions. _x000B__x000B__x000B_ _x000B_
