Objectives

(1) TO RELIEVE THOSE IN POVERTY, NEED OR DISTRESS, PARTICULARLY FRENCH AND LINGALA SPEAKING WOMEN OF AFRICAN DESCENT, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT, TRANSLATION SERVICES AND INFORMATION REGARDING STATUTORY BENEFITS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE. (2) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES. SUCH FACILITIES SHALL BE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY FRENCH AND LINGALA SPEAKING WOMEN OF AFRICAN DESCENT.
