(B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS OF AFRICAN ORIGIN AFFECTED OR INFECTED BY HIV / AIDS LIVING IN THE UK BY THE PROVISION OF CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES.
