LONGBENTON YOUTH PROJECT 

Established in 1993 Longbenton Youth Project (LYP), a voluntary, not for profit organisation,has a proven track record of working with disengaged hard to reach young people mainly aged 14-25 yrs, External evaluations have shown that LYP can engage socially excluded young people who mistrust authority and fall through the gaps in services. LYP works successfully with around 150 young people p/a.
