BIRMINGHAM RATHBONE SOCIETY 

To promote the welfare and advance the education of those children, young people and adults who are in need of special care and attention as a result of the educational difficulties they either do experience or have experienced. These difficulties will have usually caused them to attend schools for children with special educational needs, or in special classes within main stream schools.
