THE ORGANISATION'S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:4.1 THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE REFUGEES, DISPLACED PERSONS, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS,INCLUDING THOSE AT RISK OF DEPORTATION, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT;4.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF REFUGEES, DISPLACED PERSONS, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT THE STATUS, RIGHTS AND NEEDS OF REFUGEES, DISPLACED PERSONS, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS INCLUDING BY TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING LOCAL GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT;4.3 TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS (AS SET OUT IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND SUBSEQUENT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS AND DECLARATIONS, THE EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998) BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS:A. MONITORING ABUSES OF HUMAN RIGHTS;B. OBTAINING REDRESS FOR VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE;C. RELIEVING NEEDS AMONG THE VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE;D. RESEARCH INTO HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;E. EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT HUMAN RIGHTS;F. CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW;G. RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;H. PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS;I. PROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS;J. ELIMINATING INFRINGEMENTS OF HUMAN RIGHTS.IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE DIRECTORS SHALL HAVE POWER TO ENGAGE IN POLITICAL ACTIVITY PROVIDED THAT THE DIRECTORS ARE SATISFIED THAT THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES WILL FURTHER THEPURPOSES OF THE ORGANISATION TO AN EXTENT JUSTIFIED BY THE RESOURCES COMMITTED AND THE ACTIVITY IS NOT THE DOMINANT MEANS BY WHICH THE ORGANISATION CARRIES OUT ITS OBJECTS.
