THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ('OBJECTS') ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO PEOPLE LIVING IN LYMM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY:(1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL COUNSELLING AND ADVICE SERVICES TO THOSE STRUGGLING WITH THEIR FAMILIES AND THOSE IN DEBT.(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF A MENTORING AND TUITION SERVICE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS.(3) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE 'SOCIALLY EXCLUDED' MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OF MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL); SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUGS; DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF SEX, RACE, DISABILITY, ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF, CREED, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR GENDER RE-ASSIGNMENT; POOR EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT; RELATIONSHIP AND FAMILY BREAKDOWN; POOR HOUSING (THAT IS HOUSING THAT DOES NOT MEET BASIC HABITABLE STANDARDS; CRIME (EITHER AS A VICTIM OF CRIME OR AS AN OFFENDER REHABILITATING INTO SOCIETY).(4) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF AN AFFORDABLE COUNSELLING SERVICE FOR THOSE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND SUPPORT TO THOSE WITH DEMENTIA.(5) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(6) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
