Women met each week to socialise and take part in a range of activities aimed at raising awareness of their common concerns and issues. Activities included informal education opportunities and positive social action activities, such as volunteering and developing social impact projects. Both groups came together over the course of the project. Sessions were driven by the participants and the young women involved had the opportunity to become peer leaders and recruit new young women to take part in the project.
