THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. LUKE'S, MAIDENHEAD

We also carry out work within the community through our Outreach Programme. There is an ongoing programme to provide support to both UK Based Charities and other Charities throughout the World.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • The charity has received modest backing from a grant maker
  • There have been no material income shortfalls in recent years
  • The Board appears to be dynamic in terms of composition

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy
  • There are 16 trustees whereas the Charities Commission recommends a maximum of 12
  • The Board is predominantly female
  • Over half the Board have joined recently

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Income has been volatile recently and was significantly lower than spending in the latest year
