PRESTON AND DISTRICT CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU 

To provide free confidential impartial advice, assistance and information to the communitires of Preston and District regardless of gender, sexuality, marital status, religion, race and disability. The Bureau provides a generalist service from its main Bureau in Birley Street, outreach advice services at 11 community based sites and specialist money advice.
