THURROCK C.V.S (COMMUNITY AND VOLUNTARY SERVICE) 

Thurrock Council for Voluntary Service TCVS is the Local Infrastructure Organisation (LIO) for the local voluntary and community sector organisations. TCVS provides resources, advice, support and information, training and networking opportunities to VCS in Thurrock. All this aim to build the capacity of the VCS and enabling them to function according to their mission statement.
