THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION, OR ASSISTANCE IN SUCH PROVISION, FOR HOMELESS IN THE BEDFORDSHIRE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AREAS AND SUCH OTHER PLACES AS MAY SEEM APPROPRIATE FROM TIME TO TIME. 2.
