A range of services will be offered to help improve mental health and wellbeing including counselling, social and therapeutic groups, cookery, arts and crafts, exercise and activities tailored to individual needs. New groups will also be set up including weight management, post natal depression, carers support and drug and alcohol support. People will also be supported to return to work or education.
