This project will see Chell Area Family Action Group require funding to purchase the equipment from the former company who previously operated the gym, alongside additional equipment to expand the facility for the public. New services will be introduced including weekly yoga and Pilates classes, as well as armchair fitness tailored for individuals in rehabilitation and the older generation. The organisation receives mental health referrals and of those who wish to join the gym to support their mental and physical wellbeing, a groundbreaking 12-week free membership programme will be launched, complimented by weekly one-to-one wellbeing coaching sessions.
