Objectives

Marian Action operates exclusively for charitable purposes, including (but not limited to): 3. 1 The advancement of religion, through: 3.1.1 The practical demonstration of God's love to homeless, and otherwise marginalised, people, through the offer of time, fellowship, and other forms of support. 3.1.2 The organisation of prayer groups, fellowship meetings, and similar gatherings, in support of its wider objectives. 3.2 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through: 3.2.1. The provision of food and company for homeless people of all ages, in public or privately-run centres. 3.2.2. The provision of entertainment for homeless men and women, ranging from bingo and quizzes, through to classical singing and piano. 3.3 The offer of company and support all year round to such men and women, including at the most difficult times of the year for the homeless, Christmas and Easter.
