    Objectives

    Purposes, Area of Benefit & Beneficiaries 4. The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 To improve the health and wellbeing of people experiencing traumatic grief and loss through suicide or murder within their families and communities 4.2 To improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people presenting with mild to moderate mental health issues and/or suicidal behaviours. 5 The area within which the organisation shall operate (in this constitution referred to as the ‘Area of Benefit’) shall be Scotland 6 The organisation shall promote (but not promote exclusively) its activities and delivery operations to people within the ‘Area of Benefit’ who are experiencing trauma and grief as a result murder or suicide within their families and communities. These people will be the organisation’s beneficiaries.
