(2) The provision of an open and non-judgmental social and recreational community space where children and young people and other community members can access support and participate in social and community activities, allowing them to become active citizens within the Kyle of Sutherland area and the wider community (3) The provision of facilities and activities for health, recreational and other leisure time activities for young people and other community members that enhance community cohesion, life skills and opportunities (4) The provision of opportunities to support the development of young people and other community members. (5) The provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time activities for visitors to the area.
