    Objectives

    [a] To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Brechin and District, and in particular those under 25 years of age, without distinction of age, gender, political, religious or other persuasions, by associating the local authorities, statutory organisations, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to relieve poverty, advance education, maintain and further health and alleviate the distress and suffering caused by alcohol and drug misuse and to provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants [b] To advance the education of the public generally about problems related to alcohol and drug misuse by increasing the public's understanding of such problems and the steps taken, or to be taken, to overcome them [c] To provide, management and administer an alcohol free venue for activities promoted by the Project in furtherance of the above objectives
