The Company has been formed to benefit the community of Cairndow, Argyll as defined by the postcode units:- - PA25 8AZ - PA26 8BA - PA26 8BE - PA26 8BG - PA26 8BH - PA26 8BJ - PA26 8BL - PA26 8BN - PA26 8BQ - PA32 8XQ (“the Community”), with the Purposes listed in the sub-clauses hereto (“the Purposes”), to be exercised following the principles of Sustainable Development , namely: (1) To advance the education of the public about the Community including relevant features of the Community from a historical, cultural, geographical, ecological and/or social and economic development perspective. (2) To promote and/or provide training in skills of all kinds, particularly skills in the field of information technology and such other skills as may assist residents of the Community in obtaining paid employment. (3) To preserve, conserve, restore and improve the environment within the Community. (4) To relieve poverty among residents of the Community.
