    Objectives

    (One) promoting and undertaking research into and study of the monitoring, management, preservation and enhancement of the fisheries resources in the North West of Scotland and in particular within the area of the Boards and that for the benefit of all persons interested in fisheries resources. (Two) advancing the education of all persons interested in fisheries resources by raising their awareness and understanding of the importance of fisheries resources and their conservation. and (Three) such other purposes as are recognised by law to be exclusively charitable within the meaning of section 505 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 or any Act amending or replacing the same, and which relate to fisheries conservation fishery management, water, water quality and environmental conservation, as the Trustees may from time to time in their sole discretion select and that without prejudice to the foregoing generality and without in any way fettering their said discretion.
