    Objectives

    4.1 The Community Centre shall be for the use of inhabitants of Clochan and environs without distinction of sex, race or of religious or other opinions by providing facilities for meetings , lectures and classes, and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. 4.2 To manage the Community Centre and related affairs of the Clochan Community Centre on behalf of the residents of Clochan and surrounding environs, ensuring that it is secured and maintained and kept in good repair for use for the benefit of the residents of Clochan and environs .
