Objectives

a) to create and assist in the creation of further opportunities for the social, educational, cultural and economic development of the community of Gaelic speaking peoples, to encourage and enable those having knowledge of the Gaelic language to use Gaelic to the greatest extent possible and to further the process of such development of the Gaelic language and the community of Gaelic speaking peoples and to identify opportunities, ventures and initiatives to be carried out by members of CNAG and other persons and agencies in furthering the use and development of the Gaelic language and to work closely with such persons and agencies in achieving these objects.
