(i) To promote the use of the Barvas and Brue Community Centre (hereinafter called 'the Centre') for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Barvas and Brue area (hereinafter called 'the area') without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions by associating with local authorities and statutory authorities such as the Community Council, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare, learning opportunities , recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions oflife for the said inhabitants. (ii) To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of the Centre for activities promoted by the Company and its members in furtherance of the above objects
