    NORTH WEST MIGRANTS FORUM 

    To promote the benefit of migrants, refugees, asylum seekers and their families in particular but not exclusively, (hereinafter called the �beneficiaries�) living in Derry City and its environs (hereinafter called the �area of benefit�) by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to promote racial harmony, equality and diversity and in particular: a) to relieve need, hardship and distress among beneficiaries and their families through the provision of information, advice, support and representation; b) to promote good community relations and the social inclusion of the beneficiaries through the provision of educational, social, recreational and multicultural activities
