The equipment will include a Rigiflex ....more The project will buy additional equipment to support youth participation in water-based activities including sailing, paddle sport, rowing and powerboating. The equipment will include a Rigiflex safety boat and accessories, VHF transceiver, helmets, life jackets, spray decks, wetsuits and paddles. Qualified instructors will deliver sessions on Saturdays and Sundays between March to October at least once a month, with weekday evening sessions also taking place during the summer. Each cadet is anticipated to take part in a minimum of 30 hours of activity throughout the year, with opportunities also being made available to cadets from neighbouring units.
