(B) IN DEFAULT OF SUCH DIRECTION AND DETERMINATION IN PROMOTING SUCH CHARITABLE WORK CARRIED ON PROMOTED ADVANCED OR SUPPORTED BY THE ENGLISH CONGREGATION AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ROMAN CATHOLIC RELIGION AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL SELECT.
