THE BILTON COMMUNITY CENTRE 

To help the residents of Harrogate by ensuring our premises are available to as many user groups as possible, to ensure those wishing to take part in a group activity or personal hobby are not denied access to the amenties on offer. To date we have 22 regular user groups.
