The classes will be aimed at pre- and post-natal women who can take part with their children. There will be 18 weeks of activity at each location, plus a health and wellbeing session once per month. There will also be 3 family wellbeing events that will offer taster sessions in the various activities, plus monthly wellbeing workshops.
