The Out Cold Project is designed for young people who are at risk of entering a life of crime or being exploited. The project focusses on confidence building and teamwork thereby building learning and resilience for young people to make positive life choices beyond the end of programme and reduce risk-taking behaviours such as carrying a weapon. This is achieved through young people integrating with and undertaking positive interactions with other young people in community settings around St Helens.
