'Reach Children and Families supports families who have at least 1 child under the age of 18. Providing early intervention family support for families facing various challenges the aim is to see families thriving in all areas and achieving their potential with improved relationships and becoming active members of their community. 'Reach Befriending' supports those who are elderly or disabled and isolated in the community. Referrals are received through local GPs NHS services churches and other community groups.
