HARLESDEN NEIGHBOURHOOD FORUM 

Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum (HNF) is a neighbourhood planning form established under the Localism Act 2011. The neighbourhood plan produced by the Forum was adopted in May 2019 following a referendum.
