SUFFOLK RAPE CRISIS 

Services and support for women and girls aged 14 and above, who have experienced any form of sexual abuse or sexual violence. We provide free, confidential, and empowering support including; counselling, advocacy support, therapeutic group work and a free confidential telephone helpline.

A) TO RELIEVE THE SICKNESS, DISTRESS AND TRAUMA OF WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO ARE AFFECTED BY ANY FORM OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND ABUSE, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY OF SUFFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WITHIN EAST ANGLIA, AND INCLUDING THE FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OF THOSE AFFECTED AND OTHERS AFFECTED WHO ARE IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT FOR SUCH PERSONS.B) AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND ABUSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, PREVENTION AND PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE.
