TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG ADULTS AGED 16-25 WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT AND PROMOTE THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF SUCH YOUNG ADULTS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AS A RESULT OF THEIR AGE AND LEARNING DISABILITIES, INPARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING ADVICE, SUPPORT AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL INTERACTION, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THEIR INDEPENDENCE, IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND PREVENT THEM FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED.
