TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY AND INFORMATION HUB FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF STOKESLEY AND NORTH YORKSHIRE WIDE, AND FOR FACILITATING COMMUNITY ACTIVITY.
