HOME-START ESSEX 

Home-Start Essex recruits and trains volunteers to offer, in families own homes, friendship, support and practical help to parents experiencing difficulties. The families must have at least one child under the age of five. Volunteers are managed by the scheme which in turn is supported by Home-Start UK. Home-Start Essex operates in the county of Essex.
