This project will deliver 48 swimming sessions for around 30 women from the Asian community for a year with an average of 1 session per week. Swim to Life project will act as a form of enjoyable physical activity which will bring women together for the purposes of improving their mental health whilst mitigating other multi barrier elimination such as isolation, lack of confidence as it increasing community cohesion and integration.
