EARLY CAREER PRACTITIONERS ARE PEOPLE OF ANY AGE WHO HAVE ALREADY EMBARKED ON A PROFESSIONAL CAREER IN THEIR CHOSEN ARTISTIC DISCIPLINE AND WHO HAVE NOT HAD MORE THAN THE EQUIVALENT OF 52 WEEKS CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE ROLE OR POSITION FOR WHICH THEY ARE BEING SUPPORTED AND MENTORED. THEY MAY ALSO BE CAREER CHANGERS FROM OTHER NON ARTISTIC DISCIPLINES. 2.
