    THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY ARE THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF ADDITION TO ALCOHOL AND OTHER SUBSTANCES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A)PROVIDING MENTORING AND SUPPORT SERVICES; (B)MAINTAINING A POOL OF VOLUNTEERS/PEER MENTORS WHO HAVE HAD PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF SUBSTANCE MISUSE SERVICES TO HELP AND SUPPORT SUCH PERSONS; (C)TRAINING AND DEVELOPING VOLUNTEERS/PEER MENTORS TO SUPPORT SUBSTANCE MISUSING INDIVIDUALS AND SUPPORTING VOLUNTEERS WITH THEIR OWN DEVELOPMENT AND RECOVERY NEEDS; (D)ENSURE THAT THE NEEDS OF USERS OF THE SERVICE ARE MET HOLISTICALLY, BY INTEGRATING MENTORING WITH OTHER SERVICES; AND (E) BY ENCOURAGING, SUPPORTING AND WORKING WITH USERS OF THE SERVICE TO MAINTAIN THEIR PARTICIPATION IN TREATMENT, WHILST ADDRESSING OTHER SUPPORT NEEDS.
