COMMUNITY HORIZONS CIO 

We support disadvantaged women to build confidence in accessing groups and services in Plymouth, Cornwall and Devon. Our work addresses barriers to education and social mobility. Through confidence building, targeted social activities and community research we promote better lives for marginalised peoples and support services to improve their practice by sharing insights of often unheard voices,
