1. 25 Teen Parents partake in and complete a programme of personal, social and health education to help them manage their lives. This will aid them to gain confidence alleviate isolation, and establish life and action plans through activities around realistic goal setting, time management assertiveness, resilience.and self assessment (strengths and weaknesses etc) 2. 25 teen parents raise their attainment. Establish their interests and skills and look how they can turn them into careers. Partake in employer engagements especially with former young parents or lone parents who have succeeded. Support them into engaging with educational establishments and training providers. Attend Career guidance sessions and setting up your own business sessions. We will also look at mini work experience opportunity and learning employability skills.. 3. 25 teen parents are supported to register on courses, secure employment or register as self employed. 4. 25 teen parents gain accreditation/recognition for their participation and achievements and be awarded at their celebration event. 5. Engage female employers, education and training staff to motivate the participants and act as accidental mentors. 6. Engage female management & staff and volunteers to implement the project.
