XTND - IMPROVING FUTURES

On one of the most deprived estates in the South West we aim to strengthen families by organising activities that expand horizons and raise aspirations, through: Activities for children that develop skills and improve conditions of life. Training/support to encourage parents to become involved with and understand the needs of their children. Adult focused activities to increase life skills.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers and there are significant future grants due to be received
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of gender

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Income has been volatile and on several occasions in recent years less than spending
Established: 13 years
