INSIDE OUT COMMUNITY ARTS IN MENTAL HEALTH

Inside Out provides programmes of therapeutic arts activities for people either recovering from mental ill health or experiencing a crisis of wellbeing. Arts workshops run throughout the year in Ipswich, Suffolk, led jointly by professional artists and mental health professionals.
