The funding will be used to deliver seven events comprising of arts; crafts and sporting activities and five day trips for young people living in Stoke-on-Trent. The project aims to engage with vulnerable young people and deter them from becoming involved in anti-social behaviour during the school summer holidays.

The group will use the funding over a three year period to develop its youth work programme which will encourage youth engagement. The project will provide opportunities and activities for 2000 young people aged 10-16 via 994 youth work sessions based on a co-designed programme offer training and upskilling opportunities to both young people and community members as volunteers (x90) support 90 families with light-touch support where needs arise through specialist Family Work team and deliver 90 community events and activities outside of the sessional offer.
