Following an 18 month successful pilot, the project will be rolled out to ten further locations to reduce loneliness and social isolation for older people living in and around Harlow. Through social hubs, a range of activities will be offered including lunch clubs neighbourhood support, friendship groups, days out, tea and chat groups. In addition twice per year additional events will focus on safety information and advice on how to remain independent within the home environment.
